Right of Withdrawal

14-Day Cancellation Right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may use one of the following methods:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a statement that you wish to cancel.
  • Use the model cancellation form below.

How to Return Products

After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days from the date you communicated your cancellation. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the items are faulty or incorrect.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). We may deduct an amount from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the goods if the loss resulted from unnecessary handling by you. The reimbursement will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been specially made or personalised to your specifications, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened (for example, certain automotive fluids).
