Return Process

If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us – Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Receive a return authorisation – We will provide a return reference number and the return address.
  3. Package securely – Place the item(s) in the original packaging where possible and include the return reference number inside the parcel.
  4. Send the parcel – Ship the return using a tracked delivery service. We recommend keeping proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Electrical components must not have been installed or connected to a vehicle.
  • Items that have been fitted, used, or show signs of wear cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Custom-ordered or specially made parts cannot be returned unless defective.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original delivery charges. Faulty items may be returned beyond the standard 14-day window in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refund Timeline

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method:

  • Card payments: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: Refunds are credited to your PayPal account within 3–5 business days.
  • Bank transfer: Refunds are sent via BACS and may take up to 5 business days to arrive.

Return Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. For faulty or incorrectly supplied items, CP247 will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
