General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

  • ECE type-approval marks (for vehicle components subject to UNECE regulations)
  • Manufacturer part numbers and traceability codes

Reporting a Safety Concern

If you believe a product purchased from CP247 is unsafe or does not meet expected safety standards, please contact us immediately:

When reporting a safety concern, please include: your order number, the product name and part number, a description of the issue, and any photographs if applicable. We will investigate all reports promptly.

Product Recalls

In the event of a product recall, CP247 will:

  1. Immediately remove the affected product from sale on our platform.
  2. Contact all customers who purchased the recalled product by email with instructions on what steps to take.
  3. Offer a full refund or replacement for any recalled product, including return shipping costs.
  4. Cooperate fully with the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) and any relevant market surveillance authorities.
