All products listed on CP247 are sourced from reputable manufacturers and distributors. Where applicable, products carry the following markings and certifications:

• Manufacturer part numbers and traceability codes

Reporting a Safety Concern

Product Recalls

In the event of a product recall, CP247 will:

1. Immediately remove the affected product from sale on our platform.
2. Contact all customers who purchased the recalled product by email with instructions on what steps to take.
3. Offer a full refund or replacement for any recalled product, including return shipping costs.
4. Cooperate fully with the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) and any relevant market surveillance authorities.
