- Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Items must be in their original condition, unopened and unused, with all original packaging and tags intact. If the item is not in its original condition, we may deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount.
- We offer refunds for returned items. The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
- If a customer wishes to exchange an item, they should return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
- We do accept returns for sale items, but refunds will be issued as store credit only.
- If the customer orders the wrong item, they are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If we made an error with the order or if the item is defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
